Just a quick note to warn the MIT folks logging hardware calls to SGI.
I called in tonite to see what the contact info was on a randomly chosen
serial number from the list of revisions we sent.
Although Joyce McGinnis promised on 3 November that the work would be
done that week, the serial number I tested had the wrong information.
Use care when logging SGI service calls, the data at their end is STILL wrong.
I have left voice mail with Joyce asking why her promise has gone so
long unkept. But we know why, it's SGI!
