Subject: sun4 8.1.14: Solaris 5.5.1

From: Claude Indermitte <indermit@MIT.EDU>
System name: cfd3
Type and version: SPARC/4 8.1.14 (with mkserv)
Display type: cgthree
What were you trying to do?
Compiling/running different programs
What's wrong:
The station keeps freezing. Even Stop-A doesn't work.
The freeze happens "randomly" every couple of hours or so.
What should have happened:
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
Something is wrong with the memory/libairies. A same program can
freeze the station and work perfectly once the station has been rebooted.
I've also noticed that my program can have different sizes if compiled
while the memory is corrupted or just after the reboot.
Is it possible to have the previous version of Solaris ?
