Hello,
Printers pulp and ceres in W20-575 are low in toner. Ceres has been
dequeued (I don't know who has the ability to do this) and pulp was
printing nearly white on one side, so I gently shook the top (where I
presume the toner cartridge is located). It is printing reasonably, though
somewhat lightly. However I would think this is a very short term
remedy.
