Hi Melanie -

Is this an Athena printer?  When I try to look at 
it remotely I get the mssg unknown printer.  What is
the actual printer name if not e42-364-p?  What is
the model of the printer ie: HP 4si or 5

If this is not an Athena printer you will need
to contact PCservice at 3-0815.
