We should make the departments pay if it is spillage. Considering that we
have many extra keyboards I would say that if it is going to be more work
than it's worth, than just give them a new keyboard this time and let them
know if it happens again they will have to pay for it. Of course that would
mean we would have to keep a list of those we have given a keyboard
