Dear Sir,

We have a DEC workstation in our CTS lab(building 1-151), it still has the
skull virus. I asked for some help on Wednesday but then you informed me that
our department has not paid the athena service fees. I took up this issue with
Mary Gibson who immediatly send a fax to Jennifer refarding the charges due.

Now that the charges are paid I would appreciate it if you could send someone
over to remove the virus.

Thanks
Mathew Kurian

Hi Jennifer,

By now, the fax should have gotten back to you with the account number to
be charged for this year's service. Please let JJ know it is paid so he
can continue to provide support for this machine.

By the way, we're not outstanding on any other charges, are we? Thanks!!

Mary

Dear Mary Gibson,

Recently there was a virus problem in the athena worstations, ( a
skull logo
was coming in the login prompt), many machines were infected but the athena
staff had sucessfully removed the virus from all machines.. all except one I
think. The worksation in our CTS lab is still infected. If you missed the
skull logo it is still there in our worstation.

I contacted the athena staff regarding this and it seems our
department has
stopped paying the service fees for the machines. I am including the reply
that I received.

The virus will again start spreadng in athena if anyone logs into the
machine. So I think this is an urgent problem. Please advice me as to what
is to be done

Thank you
Mathew
