JJ, et al.
Jim went over and replaced a fuser on Celine on Friday. That fixed
the problem of of eating pages. There were two large gouges on the fuser.
There were still problems with printing ghosts, but those were not
concistently in the same location, so we think it is in the toner. If you
have replaced the toner since Friday afternoon, it will be the transfer
roller. We have those in stock and can pop that in if there are still \
problems.
Printer name: Celine
Printer location: 2-225
Parts used: RG5-0046 (Fuser)

Hi Kyle -
I blew the original note away, this printer was reported jam'n
I couldn't get it to jam but the print quality was poor so I
swap'd the toner, which made no difference. I believe I sent
a note to you guy's sometime last week, anyway if you fix'd it
what was the fix.
Thanks
JJ
