The following shutdown for Bldg. 56 is for your information and comment.
Would you please let me know if this has your approval or not. 

Please note: We ask that ALL occupants of the building leave during the
shutdown period of 6:00 PM  10/21 thru 6:00 AM on 10/22. If this is not
possible, we can change the 12 hour period from 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or on
a weekend. But  this must be done and no one can be in the building.  If
someone is in the building, we must know who and where this person/s
will be working.This is mandated by law.
