Hi,
My name is Long-Sheng Kuo. I wrote an email before, but no response. I write my questions again.
I have two questions.
First, I found the jack of RJ-45 in my room (I live in Ashdown) couldn't work since Sep. 3. I
don't think the problem is due to my computer. I tried to connect my computer to the jack in
another room and found it worked properly. So would you please inspect the jack and fix it?
Second, I am planning to connect the computers (one PC and one Mac) in my lab with Athena. I
noticed that my lab (7-012) was an Athena cluster. There are many BNC connectors on the wall. I
wonder if I can use those connectors directly. If so, what information do I need to connect with
network? As I know, at least I need the gateway address, domain name, workgroup...... Please help
me out.
