Carlton called in a problem with Pindar. It was printing out
pages of stuff even when the queue was flushed. I tried to get a test page
out of the printer and could not get a valid one. The test page had no
serial number for the formatter and not all of the fields were as they
should be. I replaced the formatter board and reset the serial number
field on the test page, but I did not have a previous page count, so I left
the page count that was on the new (refurbished) formatter board - 273,810.
Pindar needs to have the queue re-enabled and it needs a toner
cartridge. I pulled the toner out of Homer to do the testing, but that
is back in Homer now.
