Guys,
Lou called in Picus as jamming at duplexer on Friday. When I got over
here, it also had crappy print quality. I replaced the duplexer - that fixed
the jamming problem. The print quality is due to the transfer roller.
That is part of the maintenance kit, which the printer is calling for. It is
at 404,679 pages. Also, the little blue clip that holds the transfer
roller in place is gone. That is in the maintenance kit, too.
