I just talked to Georgio from ATHENA OLC 3-4435 regarding a
printer problem we have had since 9/2/97. I have had several
conversations with the Help Desk and they told me to call OLC
I called OLC who told me to send a message to the HOTLINE.
The problem is with the software that spools the document
back to our printer SAF1 18.142.1.101. this printer is shared
by 5 other people in our office, so I would appreciate any
help you can give us ASAP.
