It was reported that the above location was experiencing netwoork related
problems. I have troubleshooted this issue down to possible problem in one
of the phone closets in this area. Have found that the jack numbered 20C-118-4
had no link and the telephone line was also dead. The jack located in 20C-108
also has s dead network port, but the phone line was o.k. on this jack.
Have visited the blldg 11 help desk to relay the above info in person.
