I'm really not sure what you are trying to say here, I suspect that is
bacuse you are unfamilar with some of the terms we use, and because we
have both a printer and a printserver named fiber.
I think you were trying to say taht there was a paper jam in the
printer fiber. If that was the case, someone has already fixed it.
If that was the case, you should have said the printer fiber had a
problem. The addition of the word spooler implies you are talking
about the Sparc 5 named fiber that does print spooling (better known
as print serving) for about 130 SAP printers.
If you were trying to say something is wrong with the printserver
fiber, then your comment about a printer jam, at best doesn't tell us
which of 130 printers might have a problem, and at worst makes no
sense at all.
In any case your last sentence doesn't make sense for several reasons.
First, each queue is dedicated to one printer, so the concept of other
printers on the same queue does not exist (although a printserver with
130 printers will also have 130 queues.) Second, a problem with one
printer or queue will not affect other queues on the same printserver
(uinless the problem is somethign like a queue filled with extremely
large jobs that fill the disk on the print server.)
If this is unclear, you might try finding someone at the helpdesk to
explain it in person. If you can't find someone to do that, send me
mail and I'll try to explain it more clearly.
If there is still something broken, please send another request, since
I've already checked the one possible problem I could easily check
after guessing at what you were saying.
