Guys,
Zinc was having a problem with printing duplex jobs. I went over to
replace the duplexer Monday, but that didn't solve the problem. The next step
was the Output Delivery Roller because it was jamming where the paper curls
to the output tray after the second side of the page is printed.

I opened up my last Output Delivery Roleer from the shelf and it was not
an Output Deilvery Roller...it was a fuser mismarked. I replaced the solenoid
that controls the paper path causing the problem from another Output Delivery
Roller that had other problems. It works fine now. I haven't really used any
parts at all, just consolidated all my bad parts into one assembly.

I also notice that it has passed 200,000 pages (217,120) and the
pickup rollers look pretty ragged. The fuser looks okay, but I would imagine
you will start to experience pickup jams if you haven't already.

Printer name: Zinc
Printer location: 8-240
Printer s/n: USBB137117
Printer tag #: 0270994

Problem: no duplex print action
Parts used: none (see above)
