Hi,
Hero the printer (outside of E40-333) keeps registering a duplex
jam. I've cleared it numerous times, and even turned it off and on,
but have not been able to get it to reset. Apparently it was also
acting up late last week.
Please take a look at Hero when you get the chance. Thanks!
