Hi -
Found medea a hp4si in 4-035 with a jam in the fuser area
removed fuser to cleare jam and power cycled, jam came back. Found
blue tab that holds the inside roller across the rm, installed
and printer still jam'n. I believe the problem is with the
fuser unit. I have shutdown the Q untill repairs are made.
