HI :

This is a followup message on the report of the crashing of a Sunsparc 5 workstation located in
building 66-569. This happened Tue. evening and we have left two messages on the phone and one
email message already. However, our request has not been attended to yet. It has been 4 days since
this happened and since our group relies on extensive computations with this machine (espcially
used by some visiting scholars), this incident is turning out to be a major hassle as well as a
dent on the image. We would be deeply grateful if this fault can be attended atleast today as we
cannot afford to lose the weekend too. This is a earnest request since we have already lost 4 days
of work.

Thanks,
Venkat
