Hi.
I believe you folks are holding a SPARC5 destined for my department, and I
believe you folks need to get it installed ASAP (see the following message
from Bill Cattey, IS).
Details:
* The machine is to be installed in room 14-0551, Document Services,
* on jack # 14N-0551-4 (it will share the jack with a MAC via AUI and Ext'
transceiver).
* It should make use of IP 18.51.0.94 (an IP address no longer used by a
piece of equipment we no longer have).
* The Hostname for 18.51.0.94 should be changed FROM macscan2.mit.edu TO
intaglio.mit.edu.
* You can come to install the machine (or do a site survey...) between 9--5
Tuesday--Friday, THIS WEEK.
Thanks. Please let me know if you need additional info', or if you can't
come by this week (I'll be away the following week).
