Guys and Sue,
I went over to check out printer CRL, an HP 4si, this morning. It was
called in yesterday afternoon for jamming and duplicating print jobs. It
turns out that the jamming was most frequently in the duplex assembly. I was
unable to reproduce the print job duplication problem. I talked to Sue and
what we will do is keep an eye on the printer. If it exhibits the same
symptom again, I will put in a formatter board. I have already put in
a duplex assembly to correct the jamming problem.
