North West Power Problem

At about 1148 this morning a Cambridge Electric breaker tripped that
serves buildings W11, W89, WW15 and the entire Northwest campus. This
resulted in a short interruption of power. A call was placed to
Cambridge Electric and at that time they thought the situation was
stable.
At about 12:31 a second interruption occurred when Cambridge Electric,
having cleared the fault in a customer's equipment, closed the breaker
and discovered a cable fault.
Cambridge Electric tells me at this point that they expect the system to
be stable.
I will pass along any additional information that becomes available.
