Folks,
I had sent mail saying helpdesk3 was still crashing after the
reinstall, but I now think that maybe the install hadn't actually
happened yet at that moment. I'm not sure now. The system has not
crashed yet today. I've verified that it has Athena 8.1.something on
it, so that's pretty new.
let me keep an eye on it for a few days and let you know via another
email if it still seems to need more attention. You can close out the
heldpesk3 logs for now. Many Thanks!
