Hi folks,
Helpdesk3 recently had its OS reinstalled in response to frequent
hangs. (Thanks Lou!) The hanging continues. Maybe some hardware-like
thing has gone bad (keyboard, mouse, dunno). May I re-open this log and
have the poor puppy looked at? Many thanks!
