Guys,
Lou Isgur called in Picus as having lost its screw for the arm that
opens the top cover. I found the screw down in the bowels of the printer,
and also replaced the little blue transfer roller arm which was missing.
Picus is at 100% now.

Printer name: Picus (4si)
Printer location: E51-075
Printer serial number: USBB137072
Printer tag#: MIT-0271165

Problem: Top Cover extension arm loose.
Parts used: none to speak of - little blue transfer roller arm
