I'm William from Athena Consulting, and we got a report from a user
that picus, the printer in the E51 cluster, is down.
cview printers says:
picus E51-007 down 7
and lpq -Ppicus gives:
[1:29pm]lpq -Ppicus
PAPER-PUSHER.MIT.EDU... Printer Error: may need attention! (cover/door open)
