Guys,
Carlton called this one in. I need to talk to an HP rep to check
out what to do. The problem is that whenever the machine is started, it
stays on a message "Lang=English" until you hit the online button, then
an 18 MIO INIT message appears. That is not too bad. it is just
waiting for the I/O card to set itself. I think it may need a formatter,
though I had initially diagnosed it over the phone as the I/O board.
I want to verify the reapir strategy with an HP tech before
proceeding. It is in working condition now, though. I should have this
resolved by Thursday AM.
