printer problem

Hi,
we have a problem with double-sided printing in Bldg 48, Room 206.
The printer is a HP Laser, the name is "parsons".
The problem is a mechanical one. For double sided printing, the
pages are pushed out of the printer underneath the paper trays
and then pulled back in. This process does not work properly
anymore, in that the paper does not hit the slot through which
it is supposed to go out. It rather gets stuck at the upper
boundary of the slot when it is being pushed out. Mechanical
adjustment of the machine should solve the problem.
The error message is "internal paper jam".
Single sided printing works nicely. I am not aware of any other
problems with the printer.
You can usually find me in Rm 48-212, sometimes in Rm 48-205,
