wood trim in m56-129

There's a piece of wood trim next to the window to the left of
m26-129-22 that appears to be falling off. It looks like it's become
unglued or someting (perhaps people pulling on it, or just the summer
weather).

Also, there's a ceiling tile missing near the door to the room.
