User was able to login and do everything but gain root access because of
the way a user list was copied.
I attempted to reload S/W and got the error cable carrier problem.
This is hard to trace because they have aui that is connected to thin net.
I told them to see about getting another thin net cable, I will try to get
an aui cable.
