New Machine to be anchor padded

Hello, we have a new machine in the area around daffy (E40-332) that
needs to be anchor padded. Also another machine in the same area (bad-loud-music)
needs to be unlocked so we can replace a machine in the watchmaker zone. Any
questions can go to me or Paul Hill (pbh).
