The following requested shutdown for Bldg. W61 Low Rise only on 6/27
and 6/30 is for your information and comment. Would you please let me
know if this has your approval or disapproval.

Building: W61 - Low Rise only
System: Power: Bldg. power, computers, telephones, lighting and
corridor/stairs lighting will be shut down in Low Rise.
Emergency power, mechanical equipment and High Rise will stay
operational.
Date: 6/27 and 6/30
Day: Friday and Monday
Time: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM each day
Duration: 7 1/2 hours each day
Reason: To shut down power to allow a masonry contractor to
safely cut through the walls.
Effect: Loss of electric lights, building power, computers, and
telephones in Low Rise only. (Hi-rise and mechanical
equipment will not be shut down.)
