m56-129-22 is very slow to run emacs. It seemed to be taking about 30
seconds longer than it should to either open a file, or to save, and
also took a long time to open a new file. I don't think the problem is
afs related, since accessing the same files with other programs was
quick. When I compared it to the machine next to it (m56-129-21, which
is the same model and version, sparc4), starting emacs on copies of the
same file, it took slightly more than 30 seconds longer to load it.
Nothing else run on m56-129-22 seemed noticeably slowed, and the problem
persisted after I rebooted the machine.
