Guys,
Luna, the 4si in 54-311 does need a new fuser assembly. It also has
the User MAintenance error message. Has this had a UM Kit? It is at 253,393
pages. The UM kit has all of the pickup rollers, the transfer roller and
the fuser assembly. None of the other parts look new. I will replace the
fuser if it has had a kit, otherwise it just needs the scheduled maintenance.

Yunpeng had left v-mail stating that a vertical stripe still remains on the
pages after a new toner kit was innstalled. I have sent this failure to
PCService, who will be looking into this proble.
