Hello:
The printer "luna" in room 54-311 (EAPS-cluster) has some problem.
The print out has a vertical smudgy stripe from top to bottom. I
tried to clean off the surfaces where toner piled up. But the problem
wasn't solved. Could you please help me to fix it?
