new athena workstation

One of the Profs here in the OE Dept has purchased a new Sun SPARCstation 5
that he wants used as an Athena workstation, to replace his old DECstation.
The node is mauritania.MIT.edu -- what do I need to do to have the Athena
software build put on his new SPARCstation? Does a req. need to be
filled out for this?
How do I get the process started for this?
