Lou,
I'm sorry, I didn't indicate the floors that would be affected. This
shutdown will affect floors 1 thru 5 only (see sample room listing
below).
In talking with Ruth Davies yesterday afteroon, she informed me that
demolition will take place from June 16 thru July 16th. Apparently this
will more of a cosmetic renovation rather than a total demolition. I
will try to find out more if you haven't been informed of this.
Also she and Warren are negotiating about whether this will take place
on a weekend (she would prefer this weekend and he would prefer that
the shutdown take place during the demolition period). More about that later
also. FYI.

the rooms directly above them up to and including floor 5
System: Air Handler 4

Duration: 10 to 24 hours
Reason: Replace bearings and shaft (if needed). Also install
new motor mount.
Effect: Loss of supply ventilation, supply cooling and supply
heating.
Hi Andrea,
We have 8 systems stationed in the 14-0330 area in the
Hayden Library. Will this area be affected by the above
shutdown? If so, special arrangements will have to be made.
