zephyr problems.

I have had a problem with zephyr which maybe you can explain;
otherwise, consider this a bug report. It concerns not being notified
that a user listed in my .anyone file logged in.
This morning, I logged in to athena at 9:03. I have a `znol on` in my
.login.mine, so my console window lists all the users in the .anyone
file who are logged in. It finished at 9:04.
"ejc" logged in at CATWOMAN.MIT.EDU at 9:08. I received no login
notice from him. After he wrote me a message, I realized that he was
in fact logged in, so I tried a znol again to see if he was listed;
this worked correctly. I could zlocate him, as well as zwrite. His
zephyr tickets were fresh.
I'm just wondering why sometimes login messages do not appear... This
has happened before with a different person, "tipster", as well.
Usually, I have no problem - only in isolated, non-repeatable
instances does this happen.
