I have tried to be diplomatic about getting my cluster updated to release 7.2.
I have tried patience, and persistance. I have even tried to introduce humor
into this with "the bribe." I make a mistake on the year and get a reply, but
no information is given as to when our machines will be updated. Now, I'm very
upset. You have not acknowledged that any of my many messages have been
received. You have not shown any consideration and even stopped for two minutes
to reply... possibly stating that you will get to us as soon as you possibly
can. Nothing! No reply! Just because independent living groups figure in at
the bottom of your list of priorities does not give you the right to shirk from
your duties. Despite the fact that we will be losing our machines in June does
not give you the right to not update us. I have been extrememly frustrated from
the lack of support and response from your end. I expect a response
immediately!!!!
