print queue jammed on Printer Bob

Printer Bob in building 1 (across from rm 1-143) is not working properly.  The
queue is entirely jammed and has been for the last few days.  There are over 200
plots waiting to be printed.  Can someone fix this as soon as possible?  Thanks.
