Homer was jamming between the fuser and the output assembly. We had recently
replaced a fuser, so I tried that first...no go. I replaced the Output
Delivery Assembly and it seems to be printing fine now in both simplex and
duplex mode.
Printer name: Homer (HP 4si)
Printer location: 66-080
Printer s/n: USBB147688
Printer tag #: MIT-0269366
Problem: jamming at output
Parts used: Output Delivery Assembly (RG5-0381)
