I was using computer w20-575-107. I downloaded a QuickTime file and it was about to start playing when the screen went black for a second and then popped back up with:
PANIC: IRIX killed due to Memory Error in SIMM S5
and then a bunch of other junk. I was on the computer for a while and a few hours ago a small window popped up saying something was wrong with SIMM S5, but Iignored it. I guess it didn't like being ignored. Just letting you know.
