I had to call the locksmith this morning to get into the cluster. The cylinder
would not unlock the door for me to get in. They were able to open the door but
the cylinder still doesnot work. A call has to be placed to physical plant lock
shop to have this repaired.
Does anyone know the phone number to call for this? I called fix-it this
morning just to get in.
