I have received yet another complaint via 1410 that this room was exceptionaly
hot. Have verified & notified P.P. Plant has stated that the chilled water
temp is approx. 64 degrees, which is due to the main chilled water system
they are working on. The other major contributor to the heat in 4-167 is that
both the fan coil units are clogged. Have discusssed this at great length will
the P.P. mechanics, with a worse scenario being a shutdown of this location
next Saturday. P.P. will get back to 1410 with a plan or some options.
