Pulp was having problems with paper jams. I tried a fuser, but
that did not solve the problem for more than a short time. The problem also
had two components. I noticed paper jams in the duplexer and at the output
rollers.
I replaced the duplex assembly and the job offset and both problems
have not reoccurred. I am closing this call.

P.S. I removed the new fuser I had put in since it had no effect
