Hello.

I'm writing on behalf of the McCormick Printer/Copier Chair (Eunsil Paik).
She is extremely busy this week and is also feeling ill.

Yesterday the McCormick printer at desk had over 100 jobs waiting to print.
Typing lpq -Pmccormick returned an error message, but there was no such
message on the actual printer display. A deskworker said that one resident
was able to print things, but the deskworker didn't know what she was doing
differently. Is it possible for someone to look into what is wrong with
the printer?

Also, before this started happening, it would take a long time for my
documents to print even when there were no jobs ahead of mine. Once it
took on of my documents 30 minutes to print out. Is something wrong with
the printer or is it just really slow?

We'd greatly appreciate it if you could fix these problems. Please get
back to us when you find out what's going on... We are very anxious to get
the printer up and running again. Thank you very much.

Regards,
Anita Barci

P.S. Could you please also forward any information that Eunsil, as Printer
chair, should have to help her if there are any problems/concerns in the
future? The former chairperson is currently studying abroad and can't be
contacted.
