During the above mentioned 4-day period, W20 will be served by
unrefrigerated chilled water, directly from a cooling tower. If the
weather remains cool and dry, operation will appear normal. If there is
an unseasonable stretch of humid weather in the 50s or 60s, there will
be diminished cooling from the system..
