Ajax was up and running when I went to check this AM. Looks to be accessible to
users. Sheaf of printouts on printer look to be of fine quality.

Subject: ajax not ceres
From: Jonathon Weiss <jweiss@MIT.EDU>
the consultant tells me that it was ajax that is out of toner.
ceres' q is up ajax' q is down.
Have installed one toner kit, and have put the queue back up. Now printing
with excellent quality.

Within 15 minutes the print has gone from excellent to poor. Have tried another
Fusing unit. No change. Have put the borrowed fusing unit back into its kit,
and have marked the maintenance box as being GOOD. Ajax will need a service
call. I have tried for 1/2 hr to place the call and was unable to. Please
place a service call for Ajax. Print is now shutdown.
