3 printers in W20: Ajax (5si), Ceres (5si) and Pulp (4si).
AJAX: Problem reported was poor print quality. Verified problem.
Went to "Print Quality Menu" and turned EconoMode OFF, changed Print
Denisty from 3 to 5. Subsequent test pages were of same quality as
Ceres outputs. Nice and sharp. If you can turn the queu back on, I'll
check again Friday AM.
CERES: Bad sounds coming from printer during paper transport, but
printing does work. I did not want to bring the printer down as it
was being used by several people. I will re-evaluate in early AM.
PULP: Probploem reported was jamming multiple times per week. Could
not reproduce problem, but the fuser is scored. I will change the fuser
assembly and we'll see how it goes.
