athena cluster problem

The remote access to the america-3.mit.edu machine (an SGI) in
the 7-321 Athena Cluster is not functional. Could someone please
have a look at it soon? It is an essential function in this department;
do a software reload if necessary. And Can someone please also (if not
already done) see ifthe CDROM on the SGI on the right-hand side of that
cluster as you walk in is functioning? It wasn;t a while ago and I asked
that it be fixed but I don't think it ever was. Thank you for
your help.
