The Preventive Maintenance Office has made arrangements for filters to
be changed in all offices and on all floors of W20 for 3/24 through
3/28 between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM for those five days.
The rooms involved are as follows:

There will be no interruption in service since none of the fan coil
units will be shut down while the 416 filters are being changed.
If necessary, please make arrangements to have all office, service equipment
and paperwork moved away from the fan coil units to allow for filter
changing.
